If your customer simply wants to employ microsoft products exactly how are they viewing PDF'southward? While windows x comes preinstalled with a PDF viewer, it is non a microsoft product itself. Adobe Acrobat offers a "print to pdf". For not-paid software we take used CutePDF author.

What version of Office do you accept? The newer versions allow you to export a document to PDF format if that helps?

As anybody else has said, Windows 7 didn't offer this pick. Yous'll need to install something (a new version of Part or a tertiary party app) to get this feature.
